Abstract

The author first explains the basic principles of the motivation, as the psyhological motive. She further examines the sources of the motive, their goal, strenght and duration. She makes distinctions between 2internal2 and 2external2 motivation and gives a brief review of different scholarly theories, which explain motivation. some of those theories are. behaviorists, cognitivists and theoriticians of the social teachings. The middle section of the paper explores the motivation of the students during lectures as well in the complete educational process. This topic is examined along with two scholarly aspects: psyhological and pedagogical. She also gave a special significance to the attribution theory of the motivation of the student during lectures.
