The author argues that situation in Muslim communities clearly show that despite the insisting of Qur’an and God’s Messengers and teachings of scholars, this principle can be considered a “forgotten principle”. Besides presenting the principle in general, the author attempts to dene reasons which make this principles important as well as reasons to why this principle almost became forgotten in Muslim societies.
