One of the approaches to the problem is the cybernetic psychology approach which attempts to interpret the psychological phenomenon as a result of the interaction of people and communities with digital technology. Thus this article aims to present some of the most evident emotional experiences in the classroom today, which may be explained as a result of the impact of digital technology, such as the lack of interest, lack of attention, fear of failure, negative perception of one’s own self, cyber violence and depression. The article here discusses the impact of social media and the vulnerability of students in their formative stage of development wherein the image of one’s self is formed. It also thematizes cyber violence and its effect in the long term. The article primarily aims at the theoretical understanding of the phenomenon but it also offers some practical solutions for emotional strengthening as a way of protecting students from the growing pervasive influence of digitalised technology.  In conclusion, the article stresses the importance of preventive work with students directed towards strengthening self-awareness, controlling emotions, and developing a critical approach toward the use of digitalised technology.
