Abstract

Managers, respectively principals of educational institutions play a dominant role in creating quality of culture which considers defined system of quality and constant improvements. All elements of educational process are under the process of continuous quality improvement. For creating quality of changes in educational acting, basic demand that needs to be put in front of the employees (teachers, associates, ….) is being prepared in suggesting new ideas without considering the hierarchy level. Educational institutions management holds a moral accountability towards all consumers in educational process.
