SCHOOL DIRECTORS APPROACH TOWARDS THE QUALITY SYSTEM

Abstract

The article presents a projection of school directors’ approach towards the requirements of introduction of the quality. The  initiating point is that the standardization of the quality of  services represents immense organizational change of attitude towards work that pertains to active change of the culture f the organization, which is, in fact, the change of the chool culture. The change of the culture is a process in which the requirements of the surrounding are confronted with the  initiative of a school director as a leader (who is faced) with  all the internal conditions of an organization. In this context the culture of quality, as a part of the culture of an organization, represents an instrument for managing the work results. The article defines the model of understanding, the process of change and recognizing the mechanism of organizational changes. The main objective of the article is to emphasize upon the quality as an important element that ought to be considered as the managing category by school directors.
