The subject of this research is a futuristic analysis of education and upbringing in the year 2050. The aim is to examine possible perspectives of educational development, with particular emphasis on the impact of rapid technological advancement. The paper analyzes potential changes in educational systems by the mid-21st century, based on existing trends as well as emerging technologies and anticipated social challenges. Through pedagogical futurology, the paper offers a vision of how educational models may evolve in response to global changes, including digitalization, automation, globalization, and shifts in social values. Special attention is given to the advantages and challenges of integrating new technologies - such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality - into educational processes. The importance of personalized learning, inclusivity, and sustainability in educational practices is emphasized, along with the need for systems that foster critical thinking and creativity among learners.

The paper also considers the importance of global cooperation in education, taking into account economic, political, and social changes shaping educational systems worldwide. In conclusion, it offers recommendations for research and the development of educational policies that ensure flexibility, inclusivity, and responsiveness to the needs of future generations.
