If failure of upbringing is a failure of mankind than we can say that the phenomenon of upbringing\education and the phenomenon of mankind are based upon same ideological background. Out of human nature as an initiating paradigm that involves man from within and out of the essence of upbringing\education glows true pedagogical knowledge. Poor or narrow outlook upon human being leads towards de-humanised pedagogy. This kind of pedagogy deprives upbringing\education of its roots - its basic anthropological background. When pedagogical thought is based outside the threefold wattle of upbringing\educational anthropological fields, its theoretical spirit is lost, thus making it a field of knowledge that no longer involves man. Theoretic spirit of pedagogy evolves from the praxes that recognizes inseparability of these three anthropological fields. In the theory of upbringing\educational anthropological fields, development and upbringing of man have common theoretical spirit. These two phenomena abide within the same spiritual being. The article discusses the theory of upbringing\educational anthropological fields and brings up the issue of dehumanised pedagogy.
